Deposit
A non-refundable* deposit per person is due to secure your room. Placing the deposit secures the room and we have flexibility to add or remove travelers up until 60 days prior to travel.
When booking you room, you will have the option to pick

What you will see on your Credit Card Statement:
• Credit Card payments are processed manually therefore; you will see the transaction immediately on your credit card.
• Your first and subsequent payments will be processed with CLASSIC VACATIONS.
Should you cancel with insurance before the final payment date, any eligible refunds will be awarded directly from travel insurance provider.
If you cancel after the final payment date, you are responsible to file a claim to receive your refund with the insurance company. We will provide documentation if needed.

**CHANGES/LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS**
If any changes are needed, please ensure they are submitted in writing. Please note that changes requested after the balance due date must be paid fully upfront, even before confirmation.
Changes made within 45 days of travel will incur a $75 fee per guest, and last-minute bookings within 30 days of travel will incur a $150 fee per guest.
**DETAILS FOR BOOKING YOUR ROOM**
To be a part of our wedding group, kindly book through the group rates provided by Travel with the Trio LLC, rather than booking directly with the hotel. We've secured competitive group rates and a room block to simplify the process for our dear family and friends.
Our rates include round-trip shared transfers, room rates per person per night in USD, and all taxes and gratuities. Please note that travel protection and private transfer transportation are not included.
To avoid the single occupancy premium, consider bringing a guest, as single occupancy incurs a significant increase in cost for solo travelers. Additionally, please be aware that additional fees will apply if you choose to book off-property.
It's important to note that, to book at these rates, you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.
The nearest airport to the resort is Punta Cana Airport (PUJ). We recommend booking your flights as early as possible.
You can arrange your own flight reservations with your preferred airline, allowing you to maximize any accumulated points or miles. However, it's important to note that if you choose to book your flights through Travel with the Trio LLC, there will be an additional transactional fee of $39, and you won't be able to redeem points or miles for your booking.
While Travel with the Trio LLC strives to offer competitive flight prices, please be aware that they cannot guarantee better deals than you might find independently. There could be situations where they are unable to book your airfare if they don't have a contract with a specific airline, such as Spirit Airlines. Furthermore, Travel with the Trio LLC cannot facilitate using credit card points or miles toward your flight booking. To aid in your flight search and pricing monitoring, you can explore two of their recommended websites:

We've gone the extra mile to arrange shared airport shuttles between the Punta Cana International Airport and the resort for your arrival and departure days. To ensure a smooth transfer experience, please provide your flight details 45 days prior to the trip departure. If not submitted, you'll be responsible for making your transfer arrangements, and we regret that Travel with the Trio LLC will be unable to provide reimbursement.
Should you have any special needs or transportation concerns (e.g., car seats or booster seats), please don't hesitate to inform Travel with the Trio LLC, and they will do their utmost to accommodate your requirements. For those who prefer a private, nonstop airport shuttle, this option is available for an additional cost; feel free to inquire with Cary for further details.
Optional Travel Protection pricing is available upon request, typically ranging from 6-10% of the total trip cost.

**I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE; CAN TRAVEL WITH THE TRIO LLC MATCH IT?**
We have complete confidence in their pricing, but if you discover a more budget-friendly deal outside of Travel with the Trio LLC, we kindly ask that you allow them to match it. Our aim is to keep family and friends together in the resort block for better accountability and organization. To expedite the process, please provide them with a dated screenshot of the offer, including the final total price, inclusions (dates and room category), shared transfer, and the website where you found it.
**WHAT IF THE ROOM I WANT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?**
Should the room of your preference no longer be available, please reach out to our destination wedding travel agent at info@travelwiththetrio.com with details about your room category, travel dates, and the number of travelers. They will work on your request personally.
**WHAT IF I WANT TO STAY AT ANOTHER RESORT?**
Unfortunately, guests who do not book through our room block will be unable to partake in any of the wedding festivities.
