Time to pack your bags, we're headed to Jamaica!! We are so excited to have you join us for our wedding celebration! To make things easier, we have hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accomodations. We've chosen to stay at the Hilton Rose Hall resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!
More details below, but here is some important information first:
1. Only have 1 person fill out the form per room.
2. Transportation is included in your reservation price. No need to arrange alternative ways to the resort.
3. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible.
4. It helps us out as a couple when you book your stay in our room block.
5. If you choose to not to stay at this resort, there is an extra fee of $145 per person to attend the wedding.
All Inclusive Beachfront Resort in Montego Bay
Our all-inclusive, beachfront Jamaica resort offers world-class amenities. Enjoy it all without ever leaving the resort. Relax at Soothe Spa, perfect your swing at Cinnamon Hill Golf Course, float down the Montego Bay Water Park lazy river and dine at 7 restaurants. Bask in the Jamaican sun on our private beach. Why All Inclusive Weddings?
While AIW can offer competitive pricing, we also provide personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a diffent person each time.
During travel, we have a 24 hour emergency line for our clients if problems should arise. Again, instead of a call center, you will be able to directly talk to us and we will do what we can to resolve any problems.
Most importantly, our relationship with the resort helps ensure that the guests of the Pippert/Jackson wedding that are booked through us will not be walked and placed at a different resort due to overbooking. Should you have any additional questions, please contact Beth Schemper.

Partial Ocean View Room ( 2 queens or 1 king)

Relax in these airy Partial Ocean accommodations, showcasing our resort's beautiful surroundings all while never escaping the breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea from your private balcony.
Perfectly designed with your ease in mind, take pleasure in a fashionable sitting area, as well as a host of amenities such as pillow-top mattress, 27-inch flat-screen satellite television, safe, individual climate control, and coffeemaker with premium coffee. A spacious bathroom includes wide granite countertops, travertine tile and spa toiletries.
Room is available with connecting door to other Partial Ocean rooms. WiFi and rollaway bed are available for added charge.

What does this rate include?
This rate includes all of your taxes and fees as well as your shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give All Inclusive Weddings (or our affiliates) permission to debit your credit card for any amount you choose. Then, you can make payments until final due date.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than November 16, 2020 & $150 due no later than November 30, 2020 in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
Final balance is due by February 22, 2021.
Closest Airport to the Resort is Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport (MBJ). It is about 15 minutes.
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

Be Protected from the Unexpected
To take full advantage of the insurance (pre existing conditions), you must purchase it the same day of making your deposit. It not, you have until final payment to purchase insurance.
Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. All Inclusive Weddings will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms, however the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees.
Booking under the Bride & Groom's contract helps them out!
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of All Inclusive Weddings, please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please remember it is not officially reserved until you make the deposit of $100 per person.
Once reserved, you will receive a reservation confirmation within 24 hours.
