Me and Michael met each other working retail at the mall . We used to crack jokes and laugh all day. We were friends before we pursued each other. We made it official in 2010 and we have been together ever since .
The day that Mike proposed I was at home cooking as he kept me company talking like we normally do. He kept staring at me, smiling and being goofy like always . I turned around laughing, shaking my head. I heard him get up but I didn’t think anything of it . I continued cooking. When I finally turned around he was on one knee proposing I was completely caught off guard . I could not stop laughing . I was so surprised and excited .
