Semi-Formal

Weather-pending, we plan to have our ceremony and dinner outdoors in the spacious garden. Please keep that in mind when choosing your attire.

Please let us know if you can make it by September 1st. We ask for your earlier-than-normal RSVP so that we can include additional family and friends if able, while meeting capacity restrictions.

If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), please RSVP for each name in your group.

Kids + Plus Ones
Although we love your kids, we ask that only children of immediate family members attend the ceremony and reception. Due to restrictions, we are only able to have a limited number of Plus Ones. Please refer to the name(s) on your invitation or reach out if you have questions.

Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to our venue, shared with the All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church.

Since this is a private event, it is not mandated to wear a mask at this time. If you feel more comfortable, you're welcome to bring your own. Regardless, please social distance as best as you can in the two weeks before the wedding, for the safety and comfort of all our guests.

We've been working closely with our catering vendor to determine the safest way to serve guests. Servers will be be wearing masks and gloves and no guests will be touching any of the serving utensils. We'll also have hand sanitizer available throughout the event.

Due to the nature of the event and size of the venue, social distancing standards cannot be guaranteed while dancing or sitting with others at your table. We'll have an open seating plan, so you'll be able to pick a spot where you feel the most comfortable. Our goal is to have the ceremony and dinner outdoors in the garden, but if we have inclement weather, the event will be indoors.

We understand that everyone has different comfort levels right now, and we respect you making the best decision for you and your family. We 100% understand if you don't feel safe in this environment, and will find another time to celebrate with you if you prefer to stay home!

The Simpson House is the same venue where Abby was a flower girl at the wedding of her mom and stepdad in 1998.
