All guests of the wedding are required to stay at the Hyatt Ziva. This is due to the high-security protocols in place at the resort, which makes it almost impossible for guests staying at other places to enter the property for the festivities.

You will be asked for a credit card, but it will NOT be charged. (The website says you will be, but you will NOT) 

CANCELLATON POLICY:

- You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days in advance for NO COST

- If you do not show up or make your changes within a month of your first night, you may have to pay for1 night, but that is the max penalty. Our coordinators also told us that for any extenuating circumstances (COVID related, family, related, emergencies, etc), they will work with us and there should be no penalty for cancellations or changes to plans.

KidZ Club: 

The little ones deserve to play and relax in the warm Mexican sunshine too! That’s why our KidZ Club engages youngsters with arts and crafts, games, swimming and nature activities, such as our seasonal sea turtle release program. Kids can participate in a single program or spend the entire day.

There are a few different options when booking: 

1) You will notice some rooms are called "Club." These rooms are bigger and more modern, as well as in the premium building. 

2) Ocean Front vs. Ocean View: Ocean View are floors 2-6. Ocean front are floors 6-10. 

3) Swim-Up rooms: Both the Club building and the regular building have swim-up rooms. No children under age 13 are allowed in these rooms. Please also be aware that there will likely be some noise around these rooms, as this is where some of the party will take place! 

Swimming Pools:

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta offers five infinity pools and two kiddie pools for all to enjoy. Couples seeking a tranquil moment can float in our adults-only pool or soak in our scenic infinity hot tub. Splash and sip can at the swim-up bar overlooking Banderas Bay, or simply soak up the sun poolside.

Fitness & Sports:

Sweat it out in our modern fitness center featuring state-of-the-art equipment with personal LCD TVs. Daily fitness classes include stretching, high-intensity interval training and Zumba. Or take in the ocean breeze during a game of volleyball, soccer or horseshoes on the beach.

Daily Activities:

Spend each day doing what your love. Take a tour through the jungle, explore rivers, sightsee via kayak or simply lay on the beach. Master authentic Mexican cuisine or learn some new moves. Adventure and relaxation await at every turn.

Live Entertainment:

Fun from sun up to sun down. Prepare to be amazed night after night as you enjoy different live performances ranging from beautiful interpretations of Mexican folklore to incredible acrobatic performances.
