COVID-19
If you and your guest are feeling sick and exhibiting symptoms that are closely related to the symptoms of COVID-19 (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, sore throat, etc.), please stay home for your own safety.

Although the Ontario government has lifted all mask mandates, we highly encourage those who feel comfortable being masked to continue to do so (please respect their decision as well as those who choose to be unmasked). The wedding will be held fully outdoors (reception in a outdoor tent). In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held in a space with outdoor ventilation.

Weather
We're praying and hoping for a beautiful day outdoors, however, in the event of rain, the ceremony will be happening in a enclosed space (with outdoor ventilation).

We highly recommend that guests coming to the event carpool with one another. For those without cars, you can take GO Transit from Union Station to the David Springer Estate (1.5 Hr Trip). Another option is to Carpool with others for an Uber Ride to and back from the venue. We highly recommend you schedule a pickup in advance to ensure that a car is readily available (Price Estimate).

Please work among yourselves to assign a Designated Driver to return after the event. There are also affordable hotel options just 8 minutes away from the venue. We will not tolerate or entertain guests who drink & drive irresponsibly.

There is ample parking at the venue. Just turn into the driveway and head to the back. You may leave your vehicle on the property overnight, but you must return back to the venue by no later than 11:00 AM EST to pickup you vehicle.
