However, you must purchase the insurance no later than 14 days from the day you make your reservation. FYI, CFAR is not available for New York State residents.

Cabo San Lucas Mexico

Pack your bags, we're headed to Cabo Mexico for an **ADULTS ONLY** getaway! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Sandos Finisterra, and would encourage you to stay with us!


Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:



1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.



2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort and optimal pricing. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below.



3. Transportation to and from the airport CAN BE INCLUDED in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cabo.

About the Resort

Spend the day soaking up the sun at the beach or take a dip in one of the beachfront swimming pools complete with swim-up bar. The beach resort features a luxurious spa, exciting bars, and elegant restaurants. You can even order room service direct to your suite. The hotel is a short walk away from downtown Cabo San Lucas, and packed with entertainment, so you will never run out of things to see and do during your all-inclusive Los Cabos vacation.

This is an ALL-INCLUSIVE Resort! Meaning that your food and drinks are included with your stay.

Accommodations & Pricing

Our Room Block is March 23 - 27, 2022

We blocked off 20 rooms for 4 nights in a Junior Suite Ocean View. This costs $755 per person and includes your stay, food, and beverages. Read about the Payment Plan options below. 


**You can stay a minimum of 3 nights or ask to stay longer as well. Brice and I will be staying from March 23rd-March 29th**



The Junior Suite offers magnificent views of the golden sand beach, manicured gardens, and deep blues of the Pacific Ocean from the balcony. Aside from the magnificent views, the Junior Suite is beautifully furnished has a large comfortable living space with a host of amenities including free Wi-Fi, room service, and more.

Flights

Closest airport to the resort is SJD. You may book it via your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. We also suggest using Google Flights or the app Hopper to track flight information as they will help you determine when the best time to purchase tickets! While Susan’s Travel Services doesn’t provide flight services, please send your flight information to their team so they can help book your transfers to and from the hotel!

Passport Information

Make Sure your Passport is 100% Valid

It is time to check your passports to make sure you know where they are and that they have not expired. It is important to know that since you’re traveling out of the country, a valid passport might not be enough to allow you to board your flight or cruise ship. It might expire too soon to meet the foreign country’s requirements. Valid Passport required till September 2022! Please confirm you have a VALID PASSPORT!

Payment Information

Payment Plans

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Susan’s Travel Services, LLC permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per room to hold and you can make MONTHLY payments till final payment. Ask the Susan’s Travel Services Team how!

FAQs

DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes. We offer “Cancel for ANY reason” insurance with your room block. It is the only insurance that will cover COVID! It covers cancellation up to 48 hours BEFORE you travel and you get back 75% of the cost of the trip. If not, we also sell insurance that is canceled for "covered reason" ask us how! Contact Susan Green and her Team!
DO YOU BOOK AIRFARE?
No. We do not do air for the trip as many of you use miles and other options, but we suggest using Google Flights or the HOPPER app to track flights. Please email Susan, our travel advisor with your flights once you have them booked so she can help with transfers.
CAN I ADD SOMEONE TO MY ROOM?
Yes. You can always add a person to your room after your reservation has been made as long as it doesn’t go above the room occupancy limit. If you’re waiting to make a reservation because you’re not sure if someone will be with you in the room, we suggest you go ahead and secure your reservation now and then add them later.
CAN I SWITCH THE PERSON IN MY ROOM?
Yes. Just send Susan an email with the name of the guest to be removed along with the name (as it appears on their passport) of the new guest, their birthday, and email address. Once Susan has this information, she will make the adjustment.
OH NO! SOMETHING HAPPENED AND I CANNOT MAKE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
If you can’t make it to the wedding, send Susan an email (she has to have it in writing) letting her know you need to cancel your reservation. She will then email you a confirmation. If you cancel before January 6, 2022 they will refund you your deposit (minus insurance). If you cancel after January 6, 2022, it is in full penalty and you will not receive a refund.
I WOULD LIKE TO STAY ADDITIONAL NIGHT BEFORE/AFTER THE ROOM BLOCK. HOW DO I DO THIS?
If you would like to stay for additional nights, please ask Susan Green our travel advisor and she will request them for you.
