El Dorado Royale by Karisma is an adults-only, beachfront resort located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, Mexico facing the beautiful Mexican Caribbean. Situated on 450 acres of tropical jungle, El Dorado Royale is nestled among hundreds of palm trees on one mile of unspoiled Punta Brava Beach.
The resort is only 25 minutes south of Cancun International Airport, 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen, and approximately 30 minutes from world-class golf courses, stunning natural cenotes and downtown Cancun.
It features 7 restaurants with the exclusive Gourmet Inclusive Experience, more than a kilometer of a secluded beach area, a lavish spa, and concierge services. A wonderful cenote site can be found within a 25-minute drive away.
The elegant suites and rooms at El Dorado Royal offer an indoor hot tub, bathrobes, cable TV, a furnished terrace with a small table, 2 chairs and a hammock upon request, plus a private bathroom including a hairdryer. The minibar is daily stocked with beer, soft drinks and water, plus there is a coffee maker available.
The Gourmet Inclusive Experience includes flavors from the international cuisine, contemporary Italian dishes, Pacific flavors, Caribbean selection, authentic Mexican delights, traditional Italian and gourmet pizzas, among others. There are 11 different places from which guests can choose to dine, plus 5 lounge bars and 3 swim-up bars.
Naay Spa is divided into Spa Royale and Spa Casitas. Both feature an extensive menu of traditional and alternative spa treatments. Other activities that guests can enjoy at this resort include diving lessons and the rental of the equipment, a gift shop on site, Wi-Fi access, tennis lessons and wave runners to cruise the sea.
While Liz Moore Destination Weddings can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Katie & Mitchell's Wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

3. YOU CAN CHOOSE TO MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS BY REQUESTING A PAYMENT LINK OR YOU CAN CHOOSE TO PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE RESERVATION ON THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE. We do not offer recurring payment plans. There is just an initial deposit and final payment due date. You are able to make interest free payments anytime you wish within that time period at your discretion. To make a payment simply reach out to me via email ( Tanisha@lizmooreweddings.com) and request a payment link. Payment links are good for 72 hours from the date received.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than April 1st, 2023, in order to secure your room and private roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 10 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared round trip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100 a day/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Liz Moore Destination Weddings please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
