For the convenience of our guests, we have created a group booking that includes round trip airfare and rooms at Dreams Sapphire. We currently have 32 seats on the plane and 15 rooms at the resort reserved. We will be contracting a private transfer service for transportation to and from the resort. The cost of this should be under $30 per person.

How to make a reservation
Reservations are now closed and final payment is due before April 15!

All guests are required by federal regulations to have a passport that is valid at least 6 month past the travel date.
Passport applications take up to 18 weeks to be processed after they are received by one of the passport offices. Do not put off getting a passport until the last minute. For more information on how to apply for a passport please visit travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html/
Anyone entering Mexico is required to fill out a Mexican Tourist Card. You can fill out the tourist card online up to 30 days before the trip. You will need to print it out and bring it with you on the trip. VERY IMPORTANT: keep the card after it is stamped at the airport. You will need it for your return trip to the US. If you lose the card you will have to pay to get a new card before they will let you through security.

Price does not include luggage fees ($60 per checked bag (40 lbs max weight) & $70 per carry on bag) or any optional insurance. The price of luggage will increase as the trip gets closer.
