To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people staying in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

We highly suggest flying in Wednesday, 5/4/2022 or earlier to take full advantage of the week's festivities.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

Note: Due to Covid, processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included!

*Words of Advice*

- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.).

-Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room

- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations

How about some “me time" come replenish in our delectable spa with every beautifying and relaxing treatment imaginable available to you.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 25 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes non-stop, roundtrip airport transfers.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $120+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
