We want to ensure you have plenty of unscheduled time to enjoy the resort and all it has to offer. In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we'll be hosting a private bonfire on the beach from 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM. Dessert and light hors d'oeuvres will be provided.
We ask that the bridal party and parents meet us in the lobby at 5:30 PM to go over ceremony details beforehand.
Our ceremony is at 5 pm at the beautiful Stone Gazebo. It is not directly on the beach and shade will be provided.
Guests can meet in the main lobby - our onsite coordinator will escort you to the ceremony location.
Please make sure to arrive by 4:45 pm. We can only hope that Bex's bridesmaids keep her on time ☺
The cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow at the Grand Palapas to the right of the Stone Gazebo.
To say it means a lot to us that you're considering attending is a major understatement. As a small thank you to our guests, we have set up a private catamaran tour of Isla Mujeres, snorkeling, and exploration of the underwater museum!
We will meet in the hotel lobby at 2:30 PM on Sunday, March 1st. The excursion will end with a breathtaking sunset view, returning to the hotel at 8:00 PM.

Pro Tips:
--- Remember to bring a hat/sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, a towel, and extra cash in case we dock on the island. (The hotel will allow us to check-out towels.)
--- We'll have an open bar for your enjoyment as well as snacks. We do recommend you enjoy a hearty brunch before we depart! Order in some room service or join us at the Marketplace for mimosas.

If you prefer to do something else, you are absolutely more than welcome to! There are a ton of activities on property and plenty of other excursions. Remember this is your vacation, too - enjoy yourselves!
