We have chosen to host our wedding at The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa. All wedding festivities will be on the property.

Guests who plan to only stay in Costa Rica for the weekend should fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR). The resort is located 1 hour from LIR airport.

Guests who plan on exploring Costa Rica for a week or longer may want to fly in or out of San Jose International Airport (SJO). The resort is located 4.5 hours from SJO airport.

If you decide to fly into SJO and want to take a flight to LIR, visit flysansa.com for available flight options.

We recommend you review your flight options on flights.google.com and southwest.com. Not all airlines have published their flight schedule this far in advance. Most airlines release their flight schedule 11 months in advance, but Southwest usually releases their flight schedule about 6 to 8 months in advance. 

Yes, you need a U.S. passport valid for at least 60 days after your arrival in Costa Rica.

You can reserve a car or book a shuttle before your arrival. We will provide transportation suggestions for you to book soon.

We suggest you join us from Thursday-Monday, and book your room ASAP. 

The room block allows you to book your stay from Thursday, November 8 - Monday, November 13.

Guests will guarantee their reservations with their credit card. You will NOT be charged for your stay when booking your reservation. You WILL be charged for your stay upon check-in at the resort in November. 

All rooms booked through the room block are eligible for Marriott Bonvoy points. Once you book your room, please contact Pamela to add your Marriott Bonvoy number to your reservation.

The Deluxe Standard Room from Thursday - Monday is $2,032.00 USD for 2 guests and $1,524 USD for 1 guest. Click on the round picture for additional room rates if you would like to upgrade your room. 

Room rates are quoted in US dollars and include taxes.

Room assignment will be subject to availability. Specific buildings or bedding types are not guaranteed.

No, you do not have to stay at the resort. If you choose not to stay at the resort, you will have to purchase a day pass to attend the wedding and any other events on property. These passes are limited and we recommend guests stay on the property to avoid any issues with day pass availability.

The Reserva Conchal Golf Course is open exclusively to resort guests/community members and you will need to stay on property if you plan to play golf.

Please reach out to Kass and Tasha if you need to cancel your room reservation so we can see if someone else can use your room.

If you cancel your room 30 days before arrival, there will be no fee to cancel your room. If you cancel your room within 29 days to arrival, your card will be charged for 1 room night. If you do not show up or depart early, the resort will charge the full stay to your card on file. Please only reserve a room if you plan on attending.

The check-in time is 3:00 PM. The check-out time is 12:00 PM. You may request early check-in or late check-out during booking, subject to availability.

Group members staying in their rooms beyond the check-out time without Resort authorization will be charged for an additional room night.
