Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Punta Cana! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Hard Rock Punta Cana, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Please do not have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 adult guests with one child.

We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Deposit to reserve room is $200 per adult or With insurance it is $100 per adult plus cost of insurance.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the [number of rooms] however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $84 per day per person.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give CS ELEMENTS TRAVEL LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
