We will become Mr. & Mrs. in the Fort Henry room of Wilson Lodge. Located on the second floor of the Lodge, the room is accessible via the main staircase of the lobby.
We are requesting that all phones and personal cameras be put away during Our Ceremony!

During the ceremony, guests will be seated according to family groups. Each row of seating will be spaced with 6 feet distance from the back of the row prior. This may cause slower seating time, please work with our ushers to make sure everyone feels as safe as possible! At the conclusion of the ceremony, guests will be released by the ushers one row at a time. Masks are REQUIRED by all seated guests during the ceremony. We will have some on hand for those who come without.
Just a quick five minute drive to the reception venue, the Pine Room is on a separate part of Oglebay Resort property. Transportation from the Fort Henry at Wilson Lodge to the Pine Room will be provided. Guests are welcome to utilize their own vehicles, if they prefer.

Within the Pine Room, guests will be seated according to family groups. From there, each table will be appropriately spaced. For your safety: hors d'oeuvres, cookies, the salad & salad dressing and your selected entree will be served to the table. We ask that you work with the Oglebay team to make this as smooth a service as possible. Masks are required when you are not able to socially distance inside or outside. Please be courteous of other's wishes to keep distanced, though you may not wish to yourself.
