The ceremony will commence at 5.30pm. Cocktails, dinner and dancing to follow.

The shuttle bus leaves from Piazza San Firenze near the Bargello Museum at 2.30pm. This is right behind the Palazzo Vecchio.

If you would like to visit the Tuscan countryside while you are here we suggest you hire a car.

If you would prefer to relax at the Villa and/or participate in the activities following the celebration there is no need for a car.

Please let us know if you would like to be included for a shuttle service from the centre of Florence to the venue on Saturday 17th and/or the return shuttle on Wednesday 21st June.

There are also local taxi services available on request.

Please feel free to bring your children on your Tuscan getaway if you wish. Babysitters, meals and a dedicated children’s space will be provided for the evening. Please note that children will not be seated at the tables.

€25 includes a guided tour of the vineyards and winery, tasting of 4 boutique Tuscan wines and olive oil grown and bottled on site as well as a tasting platter of select local produce.

Join us for an introduction to pecorino cheese making. After a tasting of local produce we will take a relaxed tour of the most beautiful sites in Val d’Orcia.

The shuttle bus will pick up in the morning and then return us to the villa.

One of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany made famous by such films as Gladiator and Under The Tuscan Sun, the Val D’Orica region is full of interesting towns to visit. If you’re planning on staying in the area after the wedding we would be happy to suggest some must see locations!
