We highly recommend velvet smoking jackets for the gents, and long sultry silk gowns for the ladies. We’re only half joking.   (Tuxedo is not necessary)

Forest Wedding

We hope the weather will be on our side as we walk down the aisle in our beautiful forest. Do prepare appropriate footwear and outerwear in case of rain! We will have umbrellas and raincoats on hand.

A G&T bar and some games in the woods will be available for cocktail hour after the ceremony.
Dress Code

Cocktail Attire

Cocktail dresses and suits paired with wellington boots recommended for the forest floor! You may leave a change of shoes in the bus.  We also recommend some warm outerwear just in case especially for the ladies.  (Think thick shawl)

Buses will be arranged from the hotel

Menu

Dinner will be served in the castle's courtyard in a tent built specially for the event. 

After Party

Relax over The Woods cocktails in our very own alfresco cocktail lounge (where you’ll find Victoria), or dance the night away with the DJ (where you’ll find Max)

There will be heat lamps where required. 

Transportation

Shuttles will be arranged to return to the hotel starting at 9pm until late!

Brunch

One more big hurrah to tie off the weekend! Celebrate with us Oktoberfest style. Fun facts - Bamberg has one of the highest concentrations of breweries in Germany, and its residents have the highest consumption rate of beer in the country!

Transportation

Shuttles will be provided to the venue. After the event, we recommend spending the rest of the day, and even dinner, exploring Bamberg - a UNESCO heritage town! Taxis will be easy to hail and we recommend carpooling with your fellow guests back to the hotel after.
