Wear your loudest tropical print - we're in the Caribbean after all! We understand some will be still settling in from traveling so get as comfortable as you can. Toes in the sand with a drink in your hand? Sounds like a great way to start a celebration to us!

Cocktails and appetizers will be served. Smores by the fire will also be provided for the kids. 

Please feel free to grab dinner either before or after the event.

Tips for the Ladies
Keep in mind that since we will be by the beach it gets a little windy, so short flowy skirts might keep you from enjoying your time during our wedding celebration. Opt for long flowy dresses or jumpsuits.

Also, please DO NOT wear white, ivory, champagne or white-based printed outfits. Leave the white dress for the bride :)

Tips for the Gentlemen
Avoid shorts and caps. Opt for a polo, button up, tie and dress shoes. Closed toed shoes please...no sandals on the dance floor! Jacket is optional. Linen material would be best suited for the climate. 

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Location: Golden Bar

Head to main lobby bar for pre-wedding drinks and photos. You'll then be lead promptly by our wedding coordinator to the ceremony venue. 

Note: Please finish and leave all drinks at the bar as there will be no space for glassware at the ceremony.

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Location: Stone Gazebo

Vows will be short and sweet.

We are having an adults only ceremony. All those under 18 will be held at the Golden Bar in the main lobby for the short duration of the ceremony.

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We invite you to be fully present and kindly ask that you turn off your cell phones and cameras to enjoy this special and intimate moment with us.  Please refrain from using any phones until after the ceremony. We will happily share all photos and moments captured by our photography team.

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Location: Gran Palapa

Hors d'oeuvres & open bar. Live Caribbean music trio.

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Location: Gran Palapa

Caribbean Oasis buffet will be served. Please be sure to let us know of any food allergies ahead of time.

Wedding cake, dessert bar, and made-to-order churro cart will be available after dinner.

A limited selection of fine, hand-rolled Cuban cigars will be available after dinner.

Hint: There are rumors of a Soul Train line...get your dance moves ready.

11:00 pm 

Location: Piano Bar & Cigar Lounge

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

As a thank you for taking time to celebrate our wedding, we would love to invite anyone remaining on Sunday to join us on our adults only  private Catamaran sailing!

Drinks (both regular and alcoholic) will be provided on the catamaran. Please grab a bite to eat at the resort or pack a small bag of snacks before we sail off!

There will be time for snorkeling, a beach break, and to tour the nearby island town of Isla Mujeres.

If interested - please RSVP! Space is limited! If you are not on this RSVP list we cannot guarantee availability.

For any of our loved ones joining us on the catamaran, there is a $15pp docking fee (not included in our rental) as well as any tips you may wish to give to the captain!
