COURTYARD by Marriott Winchester Medical Center is our hotel of choice and you are able to book with them. It is not required to book with this hotel. There are others and Airbnbs available in the area. We just have a block here as this will also be the pickup and drop off area for the shuttle the day of the wedding.

Shuttle on Wedding Day
Due to the venue being in the mountains of West Virginia and having a decent amount of dirt roads we will be providing a shuttle service for those who wish to not drive before and after the event.
Shuttle Service Locations
We will have two locations as an option for pick up. This will help keep your planning flexible in regards to where you choose to stay. The shuttle service will only be offered the day of the wedding.

For guests traveling in by Amtrak you can travel in Washington DC and reach out to the bride and groom to set up a pick up from the train station. We will also be able to work out a drop off back to the train station after the event.
