There will also be walking required to board the ship so please bring comfortable shoes

We must provide the following information for ALL NON-SAILING guests before the wedding. I will send out a form after RSVPs close to collect this info for the coordinator. 

1) ID type (passport, license, id)
2) ID Number
3) Nationality
4) Date of Birth
5) Email address to receive a temp boarding pass

9:30 am    All guests arrive at the Port for security and boarding

10:30 am    Guests enter wedding venue on Deck 8, Dazzles, and enjoy pre ceremony refreshments and music



11:30 am    Ceremony begins



12:00 pm    Ceremony ends, going immediately into the reception with dancing,drinks, canapes, and cake 



2:00 pm    We say goodbye to our non-sailing guests

2:35pm: Our sailing guests can retire to their staterooms or go explore the ship! If any would like to join us for photos after the reception, they are absolutely welcome.

 

5:00 pm: Sit down dinner at 150 Central Park


What happens when I get to port?

When you arrive at the port, an onsite coordinator will guide you to the guest's table so you can provide your ID. Security will also scan the boarding pass sent to your email the week of the wedding.

What happens after we pass security?

You will be escorted to the venue, Dazzles, on Deck 8.

Will there be a lot of walking?

Yes, the ship is large, and that morning, you will need to walk a lot. Please bring comfortable shoes. 

Please be mindful of the walking required. Our guest's safety and comfort are the top priority. We completely understand if you cannot attend.
