CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

We love, love. But due to space and venue capacity we have to restrict our guest list to Married Couples and Engaged Couples for the ceremony and reception parts. (if you have questions here please contact Dana)

Please note: You are welcomed to bring whomever you would like on the trip with you and the room, but kids and those not specifically on the invite list, will not be admitted during these events on 11/12/2022.

What airport should I fly into?

You want to fly into CANCUN MEXICO (airport code: CUN) 

Do you need a passport for Mexico?

Yes, Mexico requires a valid and non-expired passport to get in and out of the country.

Do we need to do a covid test for Mexico?

Yes, negative PCR covid test done no earlier than 48-72 hours before the trip has to be done.

What is the wedding ceremony dress code?

ALL WHITE Formal/Semi formal attire. Please see above for examples. Yes- you read right, all white. 

How do I make sure I am officially fully booked for the wedding?

Are kids welcomed to the ceremony, cocktail, or reception?

We love kiddos but this night is adults time and unfortunately we will not include them in these events on 11/12/2022. 

Are flights included with my room cost? 

You can speak to Hola Weddings to see what they have access to, but it is not included in your cost. We suggest looking at booking your flights between March 2022- September 2022 for best prices. 

For room payments, when does it need to be paid in full and what is included?

Your room at the host resort needs to be paid in full by August 2022. You must be AT LEAST HALF your total by JUNE 2022. Deposits are due now. It is an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, MX.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The wedding, cocktail, and reception are outdoors but covered rooftops. If by chance there is rain; the reception only, will be held in the ballroom. 

What kind of shoes should I or should I not wear?

Please no sneakers.

Is transportation included with our Hola Weddings room reservation?

Yes, private roundtrip transportation is handled by our wedding travel team at Hola Weddings.
