**IMPORTANT
Wedding guests are required to stay at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya to attend the wedding. Please do not book directly with the hotel. We have secured a wedding room block through Destination Weddings Travel Group. All guests must be booked under our group contract to be included in all wedding events. This is also what we are using as your final wedding RSVP.
We will be staying Monday, June 14 - Sunday, June 20. Check out events tab for wedding festivities. Feel free to come earlier or stay as long as you are able. This is your vacation too (just don't forget your sunscreen & passport)!
**Passports take around 10 weeks to receive and must be valid for 6 months after your trip.
Hard Rock Riviera Maya has All Inclusive amenities including experiential dining at world-class restaurants ( 9 of them), limitless rounds of championship golf, a kids/teen club, water park, zip-line, exclusive nightclub (with a pool inside!), daily activities including kayaking, snorkeling on property, never-ending cocktails and in-room drinks from a personal liquor dispenser, legendary entertainment, top-shelf everything across the board, and much much more. In order to reserve yourself a room, a $200/room nonrefundable deposit must be paid.
Payment plans are an option if desired with booking deadlines as follows:
March 1 - Un-booked rooms from our wedding block will be released on this day.
April 13, 2021 - Final payment due.
Feel free to book your flight separately. Remember, this is a luxury all inclusive property so all meals, alcohol, and entertainments are included.
Round trip transfers are not included in the final payment. We will be booking them when we get closer to try to book groups arriving at the same time together and keep costs down.

What this means is our guests have unlimited resort credit for spa, golf, excursions, Bali beds, upgraded wines/champagnes, romantic dinners and more. Any amount you use you will pay 25% at checkout. For example if you get a spa treatment for $100 you would only pay $25 for it. Basically it is a coupon for ALL resort excursions, spa treatments, and so much more to only have to pay 25% of the price listed!
