True to our Ismaili traditions, the Pithi ceremony is an opportunity for our loved ones to wish us well. At the start, guests can apply a cleansing paste to the bride and groom's hands, faces and neck area. Then, things get really interesting! The groom will get an "extra special" cleansing from his nearest and dearest family and friends.
Lunch will be served throughout the event and mehndi artists will be available to apply henna. Be ready to play on the "playa" (beach)!
Please note, this event will be on the beach and in the sand. We highly encourage everyone to wear appropriate shoes and dress lightly. Feel free to bring a bathing suit to enjoy your time on the beach after.
Attire: Resort casual
After a day of adventuring around Costa Rica, we'll all need a relaxing evening. We encourage everyone to dine at one of Andaz's on-site restaurants (all of which are included in the all-inclusive plan), then join us for one of the laidback evening functions.
Following dinner, there will be two events. For the Tiki Beach Party, shuttles will take guests to the Andaz Beach House, where we will play games and chill on the beach.
Please note, this event will be on the beach and in the sand. We highly encourage everyone attending this event to wear appropriate shoes.

Following dinner, there will be two events. For the Ghazal Party, guests can head to the Ballroom to enjoy a few hours of live classical Indian music.
