This venue offers two distinct experiences within one stunning setting–a casual antipasto bar with light bites and exquisite wines as well as elegant fine dining in the evening. The architecture, ambiance and brigade of cooks preparing your meal before your eyes in our open kitchen creates a unique experience found only at Melanzane. The firewood oven-baked lasagna is highly recommended.

With its terrazzo floors and bright colored walls, Casa Grande serves some of the most authentic Mexican cuisine available outside of the brick kitchens of the local homes. Reminiscent of an antique hacienda, Casa Grande features two menus in one, a traditional Mexican experience and a more contemporary and sophisticated approach. Casa Grande serves traditional cuisine from the Jalisco region of Mexico like tacos, burritos and enchiladas, accompanied by the margarita of the day.

This family-friendly restaurant is our guests' favorite and is located close to all of our services. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At Vivaz you can find traditional Mexican and American breakfasts, such as eggs cooked to order and handmade tortillas. This restaurant also offers different themed buffets every night, such as Japanese-Chinese, and Backyard BBQ. (no wet clothes or tank tops allowed)

The Popsicle Cart offers cold shaved ice and refreshing beverages and the Fresh Fruit Cart serves up a variety of local fruits and freshly squeezed juices.

Deli offers everything from freshly brewed cappuccino to thinly sliced meats stacked high on artisanal bread. Its quiet atmosphere with tablets, books, and board games make this coffee shop the ideal spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Not to mention, the beautiful views. Personalized service and refreshing air conditioning give our coffee shop a warm and welcoming touch. Ice cream is available after noon and sandwiches are made daily after 1:00 PM. Other Deli finds include fruit salads and milkshakes. Deli is located at the lobby, across from the gift shop.
