6:30pm: Guests arrive and proceed through security to the Atlantis exhibit
7:00pm: Entrance into the venue, buffet is open and dinner is served
7:30pm - 9:30pm: Reception events, dancing, cake, and send-off of the happy couple
9:30pm - 11:00pm: The party continues for those who would like to stay to enjoy more dancing and the venue exhibits
