Tiffany Mongey
Bridesmaid

Tiffany is my amazing younger (but shockingly taller) sister and I am lucky to say she is also one of my best friends and one of my beautiful bridesmaids. Although we may have had a rocky start, as a 5 year old Lisa did not instantly adjust to sharing her toys, we became the best of friends and each other's support system as we grew up and I love being able to turn to her for advice on everything now as adults.  We have had such fun trips over the years from  Galway (where we enjoyed watching us beat New Zealand) to adventures in Paris,  and I am so looking forward to our next one ahead of the wedding. She is also a creative wiz, who even helped us with the copy for this site!  I am so excited to share this experience with her - cake tasting, wedding dress shopping and our pre-wedding girlie trip here we come!

Aisling McDonagh
Maid of Honour

I met Aisling on one of the first days of college outside a tutorial, where I may have needed her guidance on what I was meant to have with me, and the friendship blossomed from there. Aisling is my oldest and dearest friend and has kindly taken on the role of Maid of Honour for our wedding. Most of my memories from college and beyond include Aisling (and her family- as they kindly adopted me most weekends, allowing me to stay there after whatever nightclub we'd been out in that weekend). Aisling and I have a fabulous travelling problem which has seen us have amazing trips in an endless list of cities from Galway and Belfast, to Lisbon, Rome, Miami, Las Vegas (a few times), Toronto and Vancouver to name but a few. I am delighted to have her as life long friend, adopted sister and my stunning Maid of Honour. Roll on the wedding planning and Hen party fun!!

Gráinne Ní Hódhráin
Bridesmaid

I met, my beautiful bridesmaid, Gráinne a number of years ago when I nearly knocked her out with a door flying into the staircase in our apt block ( I was probably running late for something). Between this chance encounter and meeting Evan on the Luas, I am putting my introverted nature into question. As we became acquainted tipping down the stairs, it turned out that we both worked in the same company and lived a floor apart, so a friendship was inevitable. A couple of months later we spontaneously booked a girlie spa trip and since then we have become fast friends.  I blame Gráinne (and Evan) for introducing me to some of life's more expensive treats, from champagne for all celebrations to 5-star spa trips.  They may argue that there was actually very little resistance from me, potentially encouragement on occasion and I may just have expensive taste.  I am blessed to call her one of my best friends and my beautiful bridesmaid.

Ian O'Shea
Best man

He beat me up over the remote control when we were younger so he was an obvious choice for the job. It is the first time he is taking on the best man role so no pressure. Fun fact about Ian he voted best looking in a wetsuit in the Gaeltacht in 1995 so let's see how he scrubs up in 2022.

Stephen Connolly
Groomsman
I first met Ste on my first day of college. I saw him wearing a pair of Adidas snap pants tracksuit bottoms and thought that was strange so I kicked off a conversation. The rest they say is history. Ste is well known for his ability to go from 100% to dead in a matter of moments. On our trip to the Japan World Cup recently, on day one in Japan, he asked our taxi driver in Tokyo to drop him off in Naas.
Barry Murray
Groomsman
Barry and I have been on lots of adventures together from travelling to Australia together to a very successful attempt at learning how to Kitesurf in the Canaries. His claims to fame include his ability to climb anything with a couple of drinks on him and his incredible ability to enjoy a wine tour.
