We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Dreams Macao Beach, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down only minimally.

3. Transportation to and from the Punta Cana International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana (PUJ)

Please book the flight that works with your schedule. We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included!

*If you prefer to fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) you may do so, but airport transfers are NOT included and will incur an additional cost*

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like assistance shopping for flights, this can be arranged with our agent as well.

*Words of Advice*
- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date.

We use Google Flights to shop for a track airfare. You can sign up to receive alerts whenever there is a change in price.

We highly suggest flying in Wednesday, January 14, 2026 or earlier to take full advantage of all the festivities.

Friendly reminder the wedding is on Thursday, January 15, 2026.

*Minimum 3 nights stay is required by the resort and you may choose to stay as long as you want to enjoy your vacation.

While DWE can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time. We have a 24-hour during-travel emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling.

Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem. Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of Krueger & McClone Wedding Party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per person is due by July 25, 2025, in order to secure your room and private roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

*A second non-refundable payment totaling 70% of your total stay is due by August 13, 2025 (No worries, for your convenience you will be sent monthly reminders).

***Final balance is due by October 8, 2025**

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. A Cancel Anytime (CFAR) Travel Insurance Policy is recommended to insure your investment in the event you may need to cancel.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.

But rest assured there is PLENTY to do at the resort and already included in your stay.

There’s nothing like waking up in the morning to everything you ever wanted right outside your door.

Want some thrills for the whole family? Consider an excursion. How about some “me time"? Come replenish in the delectable spa with every beautifying and relaxing treatment imaginable available to you.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 40 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, there may be an additional fee incurred to attend activities leading up to the wedding, such as the Welcome Event. Day passes start from $150+ USD just to access the event/per person.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.
