His extensive background as an Executive Chef in Four and Five-Star hotels took him to the Caribbean, Mauritius Island and France, which then led him to the U.S. Chef Christophe had a long career in Las Vegas, where he was well known first as the Executive Chef at the acclaimed Five-Star, Four Diamond Le Montrachet and later his award-winning Envy the Steakhouse at the Renaissance Hotel. The Penske Racing Museum showcases an amazing collection of cars, trophies and racing memorabilia chronicling the career of one of the most successful dynasties in all of sports.
