Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel designer to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible! RSVP by June 15

LOCATION AND CLIMATE
Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is located just 20 minutes north of Cancun where the white sand beaches are known for their calm turquoise waters. Surrounded by lush vegetation, Costa Mujeres enjoys tropical weather year-round. Temperatures in this area can range from 68° to 86° Fahrenheit between October and March and 75° to 91° between April and September.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
The Yucatan Peninsula balances rich Mayan history with marvelous natural wonders. You'll find ancient Mayan cities like: Chichen Itza, Tulum or Coba just hours away. This peninsula is also nearby a great number of cenotes and underwater caves, making snorkeling and scuba diving the perfect activity! Other activities such as golf and water activities like deep-sea fishing and yachting are available nearby ($).

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the BRIDE-GROOM wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

The Elegance Club is the adults only 18+ section of the resort. This area will include 7 private swimming pools with (4) ¨Swim Up¨ bars and 2 magnificent Oceanfront exclusive Lounges for Elegance Club guests. It will be separated from the main resort by a “natural fence”, which will ensure the privacy of those guests who are enjoying the pools or other areas of the Club section. Guests in this section of the resort will experience the quality and services they have come to expect of Majestic Resorts with an adult only (18+) dedicated area.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agent will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes which are not guaranteed to be honored
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of L3 Vacations, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. Once you hit submit please email Elise@L3vacations with your name and the CVV on the back of your credit card. To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click the "Book My Room" Link Below! You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours provided your CVV has been submitted.
Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours that are available near the resort if you are looking to leave and do some excursions in the destination
You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give L3 Vacations, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due no later than June 15, 2022, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
