We have a block of rooms available at Pala Casino Resort & Spa at discounted rates. Please make note that in order to take advantage of these rates, you must secure your reservation on or before May 30th. Hotel rooms sell fast so we recommend you book early to secure your spot. Again, in order to take advantage of the locked-in group rate you must book on or before 5/30/14. Please don't wait until the cut-off date approaches!

Condor’s Nest Ranch is located 5-1\2 miles northeast of Pala Casino Resort & Spa. Unfortunately, all the mapping programs to the ranch lead you to a dead end high up on a hill, and a long way from the event. That said, we ask that you plug in Pala Casino's address:

into your preferred mapping program and park in their secured lot (you do not need to reserve a room to utilize their free parking) and enjoy the shuttle ride from the hotel to the ranch! More info on parking and transportation below.

Parking for the ranch is extremely limited, and perilous for most cars. However, we have a simple solution to get you on and off property with class and ease.

Pala Casino Resort & Spa offers secure, plentiful parking for our guests. Regardless if you choose to stay overnight or not. Goldfield Shuttle Service and their luxury motor coaches will whisk you away from the HOTEL lobby (please do not go to the CASINO lobby. You'll never make the trip:) at the following pickup times:
3:00 PM
3:30 PM
4:00 PM
This shuttle will drop you off right to the event and you and your car will be much happier in the end. Please contact us for any special needs or services for transport.

Theme? What theme?
We're incorporating a variety of items that represent things we love and that mean something to us. So while we're probably not going to have a slew of vintage cars or a giant flying pig piñata (please bring one if you have an extra), we think you'll find the overall theme to be slightly modern-eclectic with an old-soul swing.

The ceremony & reception will be on the lawn so we encourage everyone to choose your footwear accordingly. The average high/low temp in late-June is 75/55. That said, you might consider wearing something light-weight & airy for the daytime, and bringing a sweater for when the sun sets and it's a bit cooler.

FAQ’s (Frequently Administered Quirks)

Q: What’s the “Lay of the Land”?
A: Condor’s Nest Ranch is a privately owned, 20-acre ranch nestled in the hills of Pala, CA. The Ceremony and Reception will be held on their open-lawn and poolside patio overlooking the ocean. The 6,000 sq. ft. glass and adobe ranch house and pool area supply the backdrop to the event.
The remainder of the location is a beautiful, vintage-style working ranch which is home to a variety of animals including; horses, llamas, alpaca, chickens, turkeys, pigs, goats and more.
Hills, animals, cliff-side drops, a swimming pool (with diving board) and other pitfalls and potential dangers surround the event, so please use caution if you get adventurous and watch minors closely.

Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Of course. We just ask that you’re sure to include them as a +1 when you RSVP.

Q: Are children welcome?
A: Yes. However, please read and understand the Lay of the Land information above. While the event space itself is relatively harmless, the rest of the ranch could be dangerous to little ones.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Unfortunately the rules state that guests cannot bring pets. While it is a ranch with lots of animals, it is fence-less and dangerous for them.

Q: Will food and drinks be provided?
A: Yes. Dinner and a cocktail reception will follow the ceremony. The food will be catered by an excellent BBQ company that fires up the grill and smokers on-site, cooking all of the meats over white and red oak. It's top grade and passed our Texas BBQ, “Snob-Quality-Test.”

Q: I have food allergies / special dietary needs. How will these be addressed?
A: Please contact us directly and we'll make sure we arrange something that fits your dietary needs.

Q: Will there be music or dancing?
A: Yes. We have an excellent DJ, so be sure to bring your dancing shoes so you can show us your moves on the dance floor!

Only 10 minutes from our wedding site is the beautiful wine country of Temecula. There are tons of award winning wineries, old town historic center shopping, hot air balloon rides, championship golf courses, and hiking.
