After a few great dates and an slightly awkward first kiss on a London escalator, I found the best excuse to bring out all the stops on a date at home -International Pancake Day- Norwegian style pancakes, wine, and the infamous cheeseboard and the rest is actually history. --- Anton
I had the proposal planned to every last detail! It was supposed to take place right before sunset at a beautiful viewpoint on Ibiza with both our families waiting for the call. But of course, life happened and we landed to 10 degrees and pouring rain and I had no backup plan! Hours later after having forced Emelie out of our cozy nest and out in the cold weather, we came back, (not yet engaged) and I ran up to hide the flowers and champagne waiting!! It might not have been sunny but I was finally able to ask her in a beautiful hotel, on one knee with the pouring rain outside. --- Anton
I'm reminded why Emelie is the one every day of the week though the everyday happiness she brings with continuous support, love and lets not forget that she makes me breakfast every single morning! --- Anton
One of my favourite moments are from the summer when we started dating! Standup paddling in Norway the water was full of stingy jellyfish and Anton desperately tried to scoop them away with the paddle when a thunder storm rolled in and it started pouring down! When we came up he gave be both towels and surprised me with a hotdog! It was such a real and beautiful moment! You truly are my Prince Charming! Then and always (even if you spelled my name wrong when putting us down for the paddle after 4 months of dating!!!)—- Em
