Please Read This Information before booking your trip

Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Punta Cana!

To make things simple, we've hired Destination Wedding Expert (DWE) Travel Agents to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Casa de Campo Resorts & Villa, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below, filling out information for all guests in that room.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the (PUJ) airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

5. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass to visit the resort per person which is basically the same cost as actually staying at the resort w/ our discounted rates.

6. Please book your own flights to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Flight costs are not included in the resort booking; however, transportation to and from the Punta Cana airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

Words of Advice- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or flight cancellations.

It doesn't matter if this is your first time visiting or if you've been here before, booking this all-inclusive package is an invitation to enjoy all that Casa de Campo has to offer. PLEASE READ!

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the competitive rate outside the 30 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit (also your official RSVP), the better.

The competitive rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book outside the room block or through a third party such as Airbnb, VRBO, you will not be able to attend any activities.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.

While DWE can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the wedding party who are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for an email response.

An initial NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 per person is due by May 30, 2025 in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

A minimum of 70% of each room's total balance is due by SEPTEMBER 30, 2025. Reservations will be subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

The final balance of each room's total balance is due by MARCH 30, 2026.

Bridal Party (ONLY) If possible try to book at least 4 night stay as the rehearsal dinner for (Bridal Party Only) is on Thursday July 9, 2026. So if you can fly in Thursday it would be greatly appreciated.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included!
