45min drive from Bordeaux-Merignac Airport
We highly recommend you to rent a car during your trip. Indeed, Uber works only in Bordeaux downtown. And the reception venue is localised in the countryside, in the middle of the Bordeaux vineyards, and there is no taxi or Uber. :)
From Bordeaux-Merignac Airport to Chateau de Garde (reception venue), there is a 45min drive. It is really fast and convenient.
As soon as you leave the airport, you will find all the different car rental companies, localised outside of the airport, at the parking area.

There is a parking near the Church and at the reception venue.
Except for the ones staying on site (We will let you know), we will organize a mini-van in the evening, so you can come back safely at your hotel after a crazy party ;)
30min from Bordeaux-Saint Jean (City center)
If you decide to take the train, there is a commute between Bordeaux (City Center) to Saint-Émilion station. It takes 30-45 min train-ride.
Please be aware that there is no taxi or Uber working around Saint-Emilion, located in the country side.
