HOW TO BOOK

We are so excited that you can join us! In order to secure your space, simply follow the booking process listed below:


1. Click on the "YOUR TRAVEL PACKAGE" tab on the left (or scroll down) to learn more about the details and pricing of your custom travel package we have put together through our dedicated group travel specialist.


2. Under the package prices, you can click onto the "Book Now' link or access that same link here:

3. A booking request form will pop up that you must fill out.
The following information will be required to complete the booking request form:

* Please make sure that you also have your passport and credit card information handy to complete these details on the booking request form.


4. The deposit required is $300.00 per person. This initial deposit is non-refundable and due by January 13th, 2023 in order to secure your reservation. 


5. Once you have submitted the booking request form, Amanda will process your booking and secure your space. If you would prefer a call discuss your booking, please feel free to reach out to Amanda or Aaron with any questions you may have beforehand.

6. Once your booking has been processed, an invoice will be issued and payment will be processed within 3 business days.

DELUXE ROOM:
This 527 square-foot room features a contemporary coastal style, a large balcony or terrace with scenic garden views, smart TV, and either two double beds or a king size bed. The bathroom features frosted glass doors, square sinks and ample closet space.

ONE BEDROOM SUITE:
This 710 sqf / 66 sqm Residence is decorated with art lamps, sculptures and large paintings on the walls. The bedroom has a king size bed with large wooden sliding doors that open up to a separate living room adorned modernly and equipped with a double pull out sofa bed. This suite also provides a full kitchen with granite countertops (refrigerator microwave, oven and stove), and a dining table.

TWO BEDROOM RESORT RESIDENCE:
Has been specially designed for families and friends, this suite category provides the same amenities described for the One Bedroom Resort Residence as well as a tastefully designed second bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds or a king size bed (not guaranteed). Rooms can be connecting or joined by an entry hall based on availability.

Applicable to 74 years or younger, traveling to a maximum of 30 days, must be purchased within 48 hours of booking.

If you are interested in setting up a payment plan, we now offer payment arrangements through a company called UPLIFT. This company will finance your trip upfront and allow you 11 months to pay the trip off. Keep in mind, this program is O.A.C and does have interest fees associated with it.
This is a great option if you are unable to make the full payment by May 5, 2023.

Registered TICO travel agencies provide additional consumer protection for your travel investment that may not be available when booking with travel agencies based in other countries or provinces. Fun Fact- If you book through a TICO registered travel agency or website, and a cruise line, airline, or travel agency/wholesaler closes or goes bankrupt, you can file a claim for a refund for travel services that you did not receive.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WEDDING ROOM BLOCKS!

Most people have never had experience with a wedding room block, so here are some details as to why the bride and groom have asked their guests to book within their room block:

You are attending a private event connected to a block of rooms. In order to have access to the event(s) you must book as part of the group. This is similar to booking a “convention package” where your room is directly connected to attending events.

The quoted rates also include perks for the bride, groom, and wedding guests. These perks are not included in any online prices you might find. The contract group rate guarantees the same rate for everyone in the group. *The rates may change if you request a different room type.

The contracted group rates ensures everyone gets the same price and are included in all the activities.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER MEXICO

Mexico Health Declaration Form:
Mexico has introduced a new health declaration form to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. All individuals traveling to Mexico are now required to complete the Pre-Flight Health Questionnaire before entering the country.

Mexico Health Declaration Form:
You will have to create an account. Once you complete all of the information, a QR code will be generated. You can either take a screenshot of it on your mobile device or print a copy of the page displaying your QR code. You may be asked to show the QR code to a Mexican Official.
Each person travelling must have their own individual QR code.
All persons entering Mexico will go through a layered pre-screening process, to include temperature checks, visual checks and random selection. Based on the results, there is further screening and testing by the health authorities. You can complete the required Health Declaration From online.

Mexico Tourist Card:
Complete your Mexico Entry Immigration Form – Tourist Card at Mexico Tourist Card
Here’s what you need to complete the form:
· Contact information.
· Passport information
· Full Name of the Hotel in Mexico (Address is asked, but not required)
· Arrival flight information
· Email address to send you the Tourist Card.
· A printer to print the Tourist Card.
Important Reminder: Do not forget to sign the form, or you may delay your entry into Mexico.

Tourist Card FAQ:
What is a Mexico Entry Immigration Form/Tourist Card and why do I need it?
· If you are visiting Mexico, you need a Tourist Card which is an Entry Immigration Form that details information about your visit to Mexico. The Tourist Card is per person regardless of age and how long you will stay in Mexico. The information you provide in the Tourist Card is kept by the Mexican Immigration Authority as an official record of your visit to Mexico.
How long do I have to keep my Tourist Card?
There are two (2) parts of the Immigration Form, the Entry Form & the Exit Form. You will be emailed both forms already completed with the proper information and when you arrive in Mexico you will immediately proceed to the immigration booth at the airport where the immigration officer will keep the ENTRY Part of your form and he/she will stamp the Exit Part of the form which you will keep while in Mexico. When you are checking in for your flight back home, you will present the Exit Part of your form along with your passport (PLEASE DO NOT LOOSE THE SECOND PART OF THE FORM – THEY HAVE NOW STARTED CHARGING A FEE OF APPROX $40 FOR ANY LOST FORMS. Personally, I keep mine tucked into my passport.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS TO RETURN TO CANADA

Departure Tax
Every tourist departing the state of Quintana Roo must show their proof of payment for the newly imposed tax at the airport prior to boarding.
The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access visitax.gob.mx/, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment. We strongly suggest doing this prior to your trip and making your payment online.
The VISITAX form will request the following information:
· Number of people traveling
· Name, age, and passport number of each individual
· Departure date

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

WHAT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING:
We require that all guests travelling complete the Booking Request Form. When completing the form, you will be asked to input the following information:

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Yes! You can make a payment at anytime by selecting the Make A Payment option. As an alternative, you can also choose to finance your trip through Uplift.

Uplift will pay for your trip in full, and then allow you to make 11 additional monthly payments to pay for your trip in full. This option will extend out your final payment deadline and may make a more affordable option for guests.

HOW DO I GET A CUSTOM QUOTE?
If you are interested in options for dates that are outside of the current group block, or would like a different room category quoted, please fill out the Booking Request Form and in the comments section, ask for a quote. In the comment section, include which duration and/or room category you would like more information on. Or, you can contact Amanda directly via email or phone.

HOW LONG DOES THE QUOTING PROCESS TAKE FOR A CUSTOM QUOTE?
When you request a customized quote, please allow up to 14 days to receive pricing back. Reserving space for a group is a unique process and is different from booking a family vacation or doing it online. We want to ensure everyone is included in our group booking at the resort, so please inquire with our travel agent.

WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE MEAN?
All Inclusive means that all of your meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, non-motorized water sports, etc are included with your stay at the resort.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes, passports are required to enter Mexico. It is also important to note that your passport must not expire within 6 months AFTER travel in order to travel.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY TRIP?
We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance and out of country insurance. This provides peace of mind and protects your trip in the event you need to cancel. We use Manulife Insurance for all of our coverages and recommend the Premium Protection Plan. Please inquire with Amanda.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify Glow Travel immediately. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date that Glow Travel is notified in writing of the cancellation.
Cancellation Charges:
91 DAYS OR MORE prior to departure, the applicable deposit is non-refundable.
90 DAYS OR LESS prior to departure, 100% of the total cost, including taxes, fees and surcharges per person is non-refundable.
* Total cost is all money due and/or paid to Glow Travel and Events.
