We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple and stress-free, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange their accommodations and transfers. We've chosen to stay at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun and want you to stay with us and enjoy the celebration! Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don’t have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. BOOKING YOUR ROOM IS CONSIDERED YOUR OFFICIAL RSVP.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We’ve quoted prices for groups of 2 & 3 below; having 4 guests will bring the price per person down nominally. Contact our travel agent for a quote.

3. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!  IMPORTANT! All room reservations must come from the booking link provided in this website. Unless you reserve through this booking source, you cannot attend the wedding. You must book your room to RSVP by June 10, 2025!

*Expert Tip* If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from the return date. Please check your expiration date to verify it is current. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click the link below.
Note: Passport processing time has increased, causing delays in receiving passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this early.
Routine processing time is about 10-12 weeks. Expedited Services: 5-7 weeks (maybe less). Note: A Passport Card is NOT valid for entry into CANCUN MEXICO.

Travel Protection is highly recommended. The average cost of your travel protection is about 10% of the total trip cost.

Why do I need travel insurance? Because sometimes you have to cancel a trip last-minute for an unexpected reason, or just because. Travel Protection can be purchased with Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR). If you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered by the plan, it provides up to 75% reimbursement of your non-refundable trip costs if you cancel 48 hours or more prior to departure. To be eligible for CFAR, you must purchase your plan the day your initial trip deposit is received. You must also insure the costs of any travel arrangements subsequently added to your trip within the day of payment or deposit for those additions (for example, your airfare).

Your payment for this Plan MUST BE RECEIVED the day of your Initial Deposit Payment for Your Trip is applied. If you do not purchase CFAR insurance at time of deposit, you will not be able to add this at a later date. You can purchase regular coverage up until the final payment date. You will have the option to add coverage when you confirm your room. *If coverage is not purchased, a signed waiver declining protection is required before final documents will be issued.

It is important that you book your wedding room reservation inside the reserved group room block using the booking link provided on this site. If you do not book via this site, you will be unable to attend the wedding. Dominque & Paxton earn valuable incentives as part of reserving the group block in advance guaranteeing availability and discounted pricing for their guests. By booking outside that block, you are impacting their ability to earn those special perks. We ask that you please be mindful and book using Talavera Travel LLC for your wedding room accommodation.

When making your reservation you only need to complete the fields with a RED ASTERIK along with the credit card information. The non-refundable deposit amount required to book your room is $150.00 per adult. Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will do our best to honor the discounted rate outside the reserved rooms, however, the early-booking discount and additional space is not guaranteed. You must book your room to RSVP by June 10, 2025!

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate, including your accommodations, meals, drinks, taxes, gratuities and round-trip shared airport transportation. We are confident in our pricing but if you should find a lower price outside of Talavera Travel LLC for the same components (land & transfers) please allow us an opportunity to match the price. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends at the same resort to celebrate with Dominique & Paxton.

Lastly, when making your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, as it is the last step of the reservation process and be sure to include the card CID Code. To RSVP. please click the “Book My Room” link below. You will receive an invoice with your room confirmation and invoice approval form within 72 business hours. It is very important that you APPROVE the invoice to confirm your reservation.

You don’t have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Talavera Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to charge your Debit or Credit Card for any amount you'd like, and how often you choose. If you choose the monthly payment plan option, a reminder will be sent to you each month along with a link to authorize the payment. The payments ARE NOT automatically deducted unless you set it up this way.
