Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Jamaica! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation.

We've chosen to stay at the Iberostar Suites Rose Hall in Montego Bay, and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport will be added to your room booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Montego Bay.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Devanne & Lee wedding party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in.

Due to COVID: processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you are attending the wedding and need a first-time passport Or just need to renew your passport, please do it early.

Routine: 7 to 10 weeks*
Expedited: Costs an extra $60. Takes 4 to 6 weeks.*

*Processing times begin the day we receive your application at a passport agency or center, not the day you mail your application or apply.
Expedited at Agency or Center: Must have international travel in the next 14 calendar days.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.
You may book it via your favorite airline.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. *WORDS OF ADVICE"

-If you arrive at the resort before check-in, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.) -Pack a small bag with your swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs. before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

PLEASE READ!
Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside of the 15 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $150+ a day/per person.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of ETT, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Event Traill Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than December 1st, 2022, in order to secure your room.

A Second Deposit Payment of 1 night of each guest's total reservation cost is due by March 1st, 2023.
