Please Read This Information
Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at the Hard Rock Los Cabos, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi or uber when arriving or leaving Cabo.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

Located on the shores of Cabo San Lucas, in the Diamante Development, Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos boasts breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The hotel is beachfront but due to strong currents in most of Cabo, the beaches are not swimmable. However, the resort has many amenities which include six restaurants, five pools with swim-up bars, three lounges, Rock Spa®, Rock Royalty® Level and a fitness center.

Why book with The Travel Mechanic?
While TTM can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Puryear/Hinton wedding group that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

The Puryear/Hinton wedding is taking place on Saturday, September 27th, 2025. We recommend you stay 3 nights. We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than Friday, September 26th, 2025 to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities.

What Does This Rate Include?

Closest airport to the resort is Los Cabos (SJD)
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well.
We offer travel insurance through Faye Travel Insurance. A quote will be send to you. The cancel for ANY reason insurance provides up to 75% of non-refundable trip costs.
The ability to nix your trip for reasons other than those covered in your plan’s trip cancellation coverage, including fear of contracting COVID-19, as long as you purchase this coverage within 14 days of your initial trip deposit and cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled departure date.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes private roundtrip airport transfer.
If you DO NOT book through our travel agent in our wedding group block, you will be charged $25.00 USD per person, per event at the resort.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $192 per person and valid until 11pm.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of The Travel Mechanic, please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Up to $1400 Resort Credit per room
Guests will receive up to $1400 in credits towards activities, tours, spa and much more. Detailed specifics of the resort credit will be provided upon check-in.
Important information: Please note resort credit can be redeemed for limited amounts towards the various inclusions. Further details are available upon check-in. Reservations for services and amenities must be requested at the resort upon arrival and are subject to availability. The resort credit will be subject to 35% service fee for amounts redeemed. Added-values are per room, per stay. Taxes and fees will be applied to the guests' folio and paid on check out.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the form, then be on the lookout for your invoice emailed to you. You must fill out of form in order to get your room booked. You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give The Travel Mechanic (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due no later than November 1 , 2024, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

Are kids allowed?
Answer: No, this is an adults-only (21+) trip.

What colors are NOT allowed to wear?
White.
I didn't receive a plus one. Does that mean I can't bring a guest on the trip?
Answer: Due to the room rates being based on double occupancy, you are welcome to invite a guest to join you on the trip. However, please note that they will not be able to attend the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. If this changes, we will update those without a plus one accordingly.
