Woohoo! Pack your bags, we are going to Jamaica! We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Azul Beach Resort Negril on the beautiful island of Jamaica and have already arranged a room block for our guests.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. Just one form per room.

2. Azul Beach Resort Negril is a family-friendly property and the max occupancy per room varies based on which room category is chosen. See the "Accomodation" section for details.

3. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Jamaica.

4. To guarantee availability and pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

Two story suites specially designed for families with two Bedrooms. One bedroom features a King Bed (lower floor) and one features Two Double Beds each with private bathrooms on separate floors. The lower floor also features a balcony, separate living area, TV and Blu Ray and a sofa bed designed to accommodate 2 children.

The Two Bedroom Suite features a master bedroom with king-size bed, second bedroom with two twin beds and a separate living room area with sofa bed. Adorned with an oversized patio, this spacious suite wouldn't be complete without sweeping ocean views.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION NO LATER THAN: July 1st 2023

Deposit: is $200 per room.

FINAL PAYMENT - due no later than September 15 2023. All payments must be received by that date or the rooms will be canceled. There are no exceptions to this so please plan your payments according.

CANCELATION TERMS: Cancel before Sept 15th 2023 and any payments are fully refundable. Cancel on or after September 15th and all payments become non-refundable. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for any unforseen events that may cause last minute cancelations.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible for our bride and groom. Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property. The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees and transfers. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.

• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights or more.

• Rates are available 3-5 days pre/post the room block (based on availability)

• Any changes must be done in writing (via email) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed.

The main airport that services the majority of tourists to the resort is Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ). The airport is approximately 70min from the resort. Please book your flights to/from MBJ only.

For your flights, consider using miles or credit card points if you have them which will save you money. If you plan to book your own flights, in the reservation form please mark "NO" to the flight question. If you want to package in flights, mark "YES" to the flight question. You will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

***FYI*** Flights for January 2024 will not come out until late February/March 2023. So we are unable to book flights until the schedule is released from the airlines.

There is no guarantee that we have better flight prices than what you may find on your own. We are also not able to use credit card points or miles towards your flight. That would be something you would need to do on your own.

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Jamaica - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of our contracted rates, please allow us an opportunity to review and price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.

DO I NEED A COVID TEST?
At this time, a COVID test is NOT required to enter Jamaica and also is no longer required to enter the United States.

DO I NEED A VACCINE?
At this time a vaccine is not required to enter Jamaica.

DOES MY INSURANCE COVER COVID OR THE PANDEMIC?
Us Health Insurance does not cover any out of country related travel issues. If you wish to purchase travel insurance it must be done at time of booking. The price of travel insurance depends on the cost of the package. If you are interested in the optional insurance, please click "YES" on the registration form and you will be contacted regarding trip insurance options.
