We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple and stress-free, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange their accommodations and transfers. We've chosen to stay at the Dreams Bahia Mita and want you to stay with us and enjoy the celebration!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don’t have 2 people in the same room fill out the form separately.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We’ve quoted prices for groups of 2 & 3 below; 3 being the max occupancy per room.

3. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible as rooms are limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis.!

IMPORTANT! Unless you book through the wedding website booking link, you cannot attend the wedding. If you should decide to book direct, you will not be attending our wedding festivities.

If you would like to extend your stay beyond the minimum 4 nights, please reach out to Linda@TalaveraTravel.com for details.  Our group room block is reserved from December 10-14, 2025 A 4-Night minimum stay is required by the resort. We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than December 11, 2025 before 3 PM.

A second deposit payment of 50% of the reservation is due on June 15, 2025.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from the return date. Please check your expiration date to verify it is current. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click the link below.

Note: Passport processing time has increased, causing delays in receiving passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this early.

Routine processing time is about 10-12 weeks. Expedited Services: 5-7 weeks (maybe less). Note: A Passport Card is NOT valid for entry into Mexico

Travel Protection is highly recommended. The average cost of your travel protection is about 10% of the total trip cost.*

Why do I need travel insurance?
Because sometimes you have to cancel a trip last-minute.

Travel Protection can be purchased with or without Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR). The CFAR plan must be purchased at time of deposit. If you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered by the plan, benefits will be paid for 75% of the Prepaid, forfeited, non-refundable Payments or Deposits you paid for your trip provided: a) Your payment for this Plan is received the date your Initial Payment or Deposit for Your Trip is received; and b) You cancel Your Trip two (2) days or more before Your Scheduled Departure Date. This Cancel for Any Reason Benefit does not cover: 1) penalties associated with any air or other travel arrangements not provided by Classic Vacations tour operator; or 2) the failure of Classic Vacations to provide the bargained-for Travel Arrangements due to cessation of operations for any reason. *If you should wish to purchase CFAR coverage, please indicate in the comments of the reservation form.

PLEASE READ!

When making your reservation you only need to complete the fields with a RED ASTERIK along with the credit card information. The non-refundable deposit amount required to book your room is $100.00 per person. Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, are on a first-come, first serve basis. We will do our best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms; however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes all-inclusive accommodations,taxes & gratuities.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in the activities leading up to the wedding.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a lower price outside of Talavera Travel LLC, please allow us an opportunity to match the price. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click the “Book My Room” Link Below! You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice approval form within 72 hours business hours.

You don’t have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Talavera Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Credit Card for any amount you'd like, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due at time of booking in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
