A non-refundable* deposit of $100 per person is due to secure your room. Placing the deposit secures the room and we have flexibility to add or remove travelers up until 45 days prior to travel.

To avoid the single occupancy premium we suggest you bring a guest. Single occupancy incurs roughly a 50-100% premium increase for 1 adult in a room.
***IMPORTANT: If you would like to travel outside the indicated range or extend your stay at another resort. Jennifer will gladly set you up with a packaged itinerary and even handle transportation in between!

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel).
We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible for our bride and groom.
Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property and due to covid this option may not be available at all.
The pre-negotiated rates include hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees, housekeeping and bellman gratuities.
Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.
• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.
• Any changes must be done in writing and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.
• Changes made within 14 days of travel will incur a $25 fee.
• Last minute bookings within 21 days of travel will incur a $150 fee.
Vagablonde Travel offer optional travel protection with Travel Insured International.
Rates will vary per person depending on your age, state, total value of your trip, and if you elect for the Cancel for Any Reason benefit.
The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost so it's a great investment!
You must add insurance within 21 days of booking if you want the Cancel For Any Reason Policy. The office will send a Client Portal Task Email after you book. Please complete this ASAP. Your delay in completing this will delay our team sending you an insurance quote and Vagablonde Travel will not be responsible if you are beyond 21 days after deposit and cannot add the Cancel For Any Reason benefit.
Please note that once purchased, travel insurance is non refundable.
Our office will automatically send you a quote after you book (if you select this option) with your room total and an estimated ground transfer. If our office books your air, we will include this in your quote. If you are not ready to purchase air, no problem. If after purchasing your policy, you buy your air, reach out to us and we will make the adjustment on your policy or send you directions to do so.

Vagablonde Travel will request your flight details 60 days prior to travel.
Unless otherwise requested, our office will try to group wedding guests together to bring down the per person cost. We offer competitive rates with roundtrip private vans (shared with other wedding guests) and once we have a completed group manifest we will share per person rates! Transportation is not included in the room rate.
Closest airport to the resort is THE CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (CUN)
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.
You may book it via your favorite airline or allow us to do so for a fee of $100.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.
However, there is no guarantee that we have better flight prices than what you may find on your own and we cannot guarantee we are contracted with every airline. There may be instances when we cannot book your air if we do not have a contract with a specific airline, such as Spirit Airlines. We are also not able to use credit card points or miles towards your flight.
If you cancel between these dates, the following penalties will accessed:
June 27, 2023 - July 26, 2023: 30% penalty assessed
July 27, 2023 - August 25, 2023: 50% penalty assessed
August 26, 2023 – September 9, 2023: 80% penalty assessed
After September 10, 2023: 100% penalty assessed
Changes and Extra Fees

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico. - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Vagablonde Travel please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.
DO I NEED A COVID TEST?
At this time, no testing is required to enter Mexico or to return to the U.S.
