When and Where?

Q: Where is the venue? 

A: Aterno Estate, Templeton CA.

Q: How do I get to the venue? 

A: You must take one of our complimentary shuttles to get to and from our wedding. Shuttles will begin to pick guests up at either Springhill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascardero or Home2Suites by Hilton Atascadero. The first shuttle will depart at 2:30pm. The second shuttle will depart around 3:15pm. More information can be found below. 


Q: What time is the ceremony? 

A: The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Cocktail hour and reception to follow. 

Transportation

Q: Can I drive to and park my own car at the venue?

A: Unfortunately, no. Our venue is a beautiful home on an estate that can not accommodate our guests' cars. No guests may transport themself to the venue using their own vehicle. Our complimentary shuttles will pick up at both the hotels we have a room block at - Springhill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascardero, and Home2Suites by Hilton Atascadero.


Q: When and where should I be for the shuttles?

A: Here is the shuttle schedule: 

Springhill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascardero: 

First shuttle departs at 2:30pm

Second shuttle departs around 3:15pm

Home2Suites by Hilton Atascadero:

First shuttle departs at 2:30pm

Second shuttle departs around 3:15pm

We encourage our guests to take the earlier shuttle to ensure everyone makes it before the ceremony. We will have plenty to do and enjoy at our venue during the time leading up to the ceremony.


Q: How far away is the venue from these hotels? 

A: The shuttles will take 20 minutes to get from either hotel to the venue. The drive to the venue is beautiful. 


Q: What if I am not staying at either Springhill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascardero or Home2Suites by Hilton Atascadero?

A: You may park in either of these hotel parking lots in order to use our shuttles. You can also uber or lyft to the hotel from wherever you are staying. 


Q: What if I miss both the shuttles?

A: Please try not to! The shuttles will only make two rounds of pick up prior to the ceremony (2:30pm and around 3:15pm). If you miss them, you will likely miss the ceremony.


Q: Can I uber or lyft to the venue?

A: Yes, you may. But there can be times where there isn't a large amount of ride-share vehicles available in the Paso Robles/Templeton area, so plan ahead. 


Q: Can I uber/lyft from the venue at the end of the night?

A: This can be difficult for two reasons. First, there are rarely any available drivers in the area where the venue is. Second, cell service can be touchy sometimes at our venue. Our shuttles are for anyone to use, so if you ride-share to the venue, you can safely bet on using our shuttles to get back into town at the end of the night.


Q: What if I need to leave the wedding early?

A: Our shuttles will be at the venue for the entire wedding and ready to transport anyone back to either hotel (Springhill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascardero, and Home2Suites by Hilton Atascadero) at any time.


Q: Where will the shuttles drop off guests at the end of the night?

A: Springhill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascardero and Home2Suites by Hilton Atascadero. 


Attire

Q: What is the attire? 

A: Cocktail is appropriate. 


Q: Is this an outdoor wedding? 

A: Yes. The ceremony and reception are outdoors. We have several outdoor heaters, and guests may utilize some of the spaces inside the estate home, but the majority of our wedding is outdoors. 


Q: Will there be throw blankets in case it gets chilly? 

A: Would this be any event involving Allison without an excessive amount of throw blankets everywhere? Yes, of course there will be!


Ladies, be mindful of stiletto heels. There are areas of grass and gravel at the venue.

Guests

Q: May I bring my children or baby? 

A: We hope you know that we adore all our guests and their families, however our wedding will have no children or babies in attendance. Thank you for understanding. 


Q: Should I assume a plus one? 

A: The names written on your RSVP card are the only seats we have reserved for you and your party. If we reserved a seat for an extra guest in your party, we wrote this on your invitation and RSVP card. 


Q: When should I RSVP before? 

A: Please RSVP no later than Saturday March 5th, 2022. You may mail back your RSVP cards or reach out to Todd or Allison directly. 

Welcome Event

Q: Will you be hosting a welcome event? 

A: Yes! On Friday April 8th we would love to say "welcome!" and "thank you!" for making the trip to our wedding! 


Q: Where and when?

A: We will be at Firestone Walker Brewing Company on Friday night April 8th beginning at 7:00pm until they close at 9:00pm. This is an informal gathering, join us if you can, we would love to see you and spend extra time with you before the wedding!

COVID

Q: Do we need to show proof of vaccination? 

A: We both strongly encourage our guests to be fully vaccinated and boosted prior to our wedding. However, there will be no formal process for checking proof of vaccination or negative tests. 


Q: Will we be required to mask? 

A: There are no mask requirements at our wedding. We support our guests in doing whatever it is that makes them feel comfortable, including wearing a mask. 


Q: Will you provide masks? 

A: We will have masks and hand sanitizer available at the venue.
