By Bus: Direct bus service between Catania airport and Taormina by the Etna Trasporti bus company. Approx 1.5 hours. Purchase tickets @ the the ticket office outside the airport or on the bus. To take the bus, When you leave the arrivals hall turn to the right, walk to the end and find your bus.
By Train: Alternatively, you can go to Taormina by train. Thanks to the new railway station "Catania Aeroporto Fontanarossa", inaugurated in 2021, it got easier to get to Taormina by train. Timetables ant tickets are available on Trainline.
