For those who are staying in Honolulu/Waikiki (Oahu) and just flying in for the wedding or Kailua-Kona (Big Island) and making the 1-2 hour drive over, remember to set up appropriate travel accommodations in relation to the Ceremony/Reception.

Airbnb, VRBO and Saltwater real estate are also great resources to look into. We reccommend looking into local realty companies for vacation rentals, as they tend to be cheaper than AirBnB and VRBO (because of the fees). Again, please be mindful of the locations you are looking into relative to Hilo. People have traveled to the wrong island, or expected to be "close" to an event when really they were staying on the other side of Hawai'i Island (Big Island).
