However, if you want to explore any areas outside of where you're staying, we recommend renting a car (public transportation is woefully lacking). We are so excited to see you and celebrate with you all very soon! We wanted to share with you some logistics for peace of mind.
Covid-Safety Logistics:
-98.9% of our guests are fully vaccinated (97 out of our 98 vaccine-eligible guests). Our unvaccinated guest will be taking a PCR test 24-48 hours prior to the wedding and sending us the result.
-As per current CDC guidelines, people do not need to wear a mask in outdoor settings (more details on our venues below).
-We know that vaccines are our best protection, but they are unfortunately not 100% infallible. If possible, we kindly request that guests take a PCR test before traveling and a rapid test before attending events. We appreciate your generous help in keeping all guests safe!
-If you are not feeling well, please rest and get well at home. We will miss you dearly, but we will have a virtual option for everyone near and far unable to attend.
-Our welcome dinner (Thursday, 10/14) takes place in an airy, well-ventilated venue with open garage doors the entire length of the building. While most tables will be inside the venue, some will be available on the open-air patio for guests more comfortable outdoors.
As per Cary city guidelines, masks will be required only while moving about inside the venue. Please bring your favorite mask; we will have disposable masks available as well.
-Our wedding ceremony and reception (Friday, 10/15) will take place outdoors. A brief venture inside is only needed to grab a drink or treat or to use the bathroom. Our venue will require masks for this short venture indoors. Please bring your favorite mask; we will have disposable masks available as well.
-Please continue to practice good hand hygiene - we will have sanitizer available throughout our venues.
