Our story doesn’t just begin in a single moment, it’s a lot of chance encounters throughout our lives that have led us to believe that us getting to this point wasn’t just coincidence but fate. From Dakotah growing up on the farm that Pedro’s grandpa worked on, to going to junior high together and meeting throughout high school from mutual friends. It all led up to a Calculus 2 class in our sophomore year of college at BC. After numerous study sessions that started turning more into hang out sessions, we started dating January of 2014. Fast forward to eight years later, Pedro finally proposed to Dakotah, who was waiting for what felt like eternity, while celebrating Christmas Eve with family and friends around.
