Take a surf lesson!
Old Man's / Berawa / Double Six Beach all great places for a beginner's surf lesson.
Visit Ubud
The arts and cultural center of Bali - also the yoga and spiritual hub of the island. Go walk around the art market, watch a Balinese dance performance or visit the sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, also don't forget to check out the Tegallalang Rice Terrace.
Sunrise Volcano Hike - Mt. Batur
It's worth the early start :) You can find tons of tours online or on Airbnb.
Tanah Lot
It's famous for a reason, just go early or expect a big crowd.
Head down south to Uluwatu & Jimbaran
High cliffs, sandy beaches, and blue water - Uluwatu has to be one of the most picturesque spots in Bali. Grab a drink at Rock Bar during sunset (probably make a reservation) or watch the Kecak dance at Uluwatu Temple. You can also chill and relax at Padang-Padang Beach - the one in the 'Eat, Pray, Love' movie. We also love ending the day with a seafood barbeque dinner on the beach at Jimbaran.
Visit a Waterfall
There are so many breathtaking waterfalls located all over Bali, just do a quick search online and see if there's one nearby the area you are visiting.
Hop to Nusa Islands or Gilli Islands
If you have been to Bali before or are staying for a few extra days, we highly recommend making a little trip over to Nusa Penida/Nusa Lembogan. If you are keen on diving and snorkeling, Gilli Islands are definitely worth a visit.
There are obviously a lot more to do and many places to see in Bali - just listing a few from the top of our list!
