Our Beginning

Kimberly and Joe first met in the spring of 2011 during their freshman year at Western Michigan University. Over the course of the spring semester they found excuses to spend time together and by the end of the school year they both knew they wanted to be together. Kim visited Joe over the summer and, in between seeing The Monkees and visiting Detroit for the first time, they began dating.

Four years later Kimberly packed her bags and her dog and moved Michigan with Joe.

Our Next Chapter

After four more years of memories (including three years of law school, two apartments and one new puppy), during a nice dinner in downtown Detroit, days before their 27th birthdays, Joe popped the question and Kim said yes!

Now, after almost a decade together, we can’t wait to tie the knot and start this new chapter together!

The Bride

Kimberly Moehle is the eldest child of Kathy and Ray Moehle and was raised in Orland Park, Illinois. She is the older sister of Tom and Mike Moehle and the older cousin of Savannah and Isabella Berner.

She attended 12 years of catholic school, beginning at St. Michael in Orland Park and continuing to Marist High School in Chicago, where she participated in competitive cheerleading and theater. During the summer, she would spend time at her family's cottage in Dowagiac, Michigan with both her family and the Berners.

After high school, she attended Western Michigan University where she double majored in English and Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. She was a member of the Chi Omega sorority participating in philanthropic events for the Make-A-Wish foundation. After graduating early, she worked in the legal field in downtown Chicago before once again moving to Michigan to attend Wayne State University Law School.

In her spare time she can usually be found reading. She loves seeing her family, visiting the cottage, and snuggling with her dogs.

The Groom

Joe Coschino is the youngest of John and Janis Coschino's two kids. He was raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan with his older sister Gina Shagena.

He attended Avondale High School and played hockey on a variety of teams at the state, national and international levels.

After high school, Joe attended Western Michigan University where he received his Bachelor's of Science. During that time he also was a member of Western's ACHA Division 1 hockey team. A natural leader, Joe held a directors position at a children's summer camp for multiple years. His talent with people led to his current position as a sales consultant with Daiohs USA.

However, Joe’s true passion is music. He taught himself how to play guitar at age ten and has carried that passion to today. He taught himself audio production and built himself a home studio. He currently writes and produces his own music.
