Woohoo! Pack your bags, we are going to Jamaica! We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Sandals Ochi Beach Resort and have already arranged a room block for our guests.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. Sandals Ochi Beach is an adult only property and the max occupancy per room is 2. All rooms have king sized beds.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Jamaica.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

These are the least expensive rooms available and on a discounted rate in our group contract. These rooms will be Riviera Bamboo Grove Premium rooms (or better). These are not a guaranteed room category. Sunlover Travel does not have any control over which rooms you will receive. These rooms will be assigned by the resort right before check-in.

5 Nights: Nov 9-14th 2023 - $2397.06 This is the total for 2 adults in the Run of House Room which includes all taxes, fees, gratuities and transfers to/from the airport.

If you are one of the 15 couples that already expressed interest in attending the wedding for the full 5nts or more, please select this room during the registration form. If you would like to upgrade to a different category or adjust dates, please reach out to Kerri Brewster via email after registration to discuss available options.

There are a myriad of other room categories at this resort - 19 to be exact - ranging from entry level to butler level. If you are interested in something other than the Run of House Room in the contract, please visit the Sandals website and check out all available options.

Once you are ready to book, please go to the registration form and when picking your room select "other room category options". You can also write in the specific room category/dates you are looking for under the "Special Requests" box. This will prompt our agent Kerri to reach out to you to discuss options still available and pricing. All room pricing outside of the contract will be subject to current available rates.

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible for our bride and groom. Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property. The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees, housekeeping, gratuities and transfers. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.

• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 5 nights.

• Rates are available 3-5 days pre/post the room block (based on availability)

• Any changes must be done in writing (via email) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed.

The main airport that services the majority of tourists to the resort is Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ). However Kingston (KIN) is also available as an option and you still get free transfers from the Kingston airport. However this airport is used mostly by locals whereas Montego Bay is the main hub for tourist. Both MBJ and KIN are approximately 90min from the resort.

***The small airport in Ocho Rios (OCJ) just annouced it will be receiving non-stop flights from Miami twice weekly starting November 2022. The flights will be offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We have no idea if this will continue into 2023. However when purchasing flights, it is something to look into as the airport is only about 15min from the resort.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you are booking one of the discounted rooms inside the contract, we are unable to package in air. Any rooms in a group contract cannot be packaged. In the reservation form please mark "NO" to the flight question. However if you are not booking one of the "Run of House" rooms, we can package flights into a singular reservation. Mark "YES" to the flight question if you would like to package flights in and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates. ***FYI*** Flights for November 2023 will not come out until late December. early January 2023. So we are unable to book flights until the schedule is released from the airlines.

There is no guarantee that we have better flight prices than what you may find on your own and we cannot guarantee Sandals is contracted with every airline. There may be instances when we cannot book your air if Sandals does not have a contract with a specific airline, such as Spirit or Southwest. We are also not able to use credit card points or miles towards your flight. That would be something you would need to do on your own.

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Jamaica - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of our contracted rates, please allow us an opportunity to review and price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.

DO I NEED A COVID TEST?
At this time, a COVID test is NOT required to enter Jamaica and also is no longer required to enter the United States.

DO I NEED A VACCINE?
At this time a vaccine is not required to enter Jamaica.

DOES MY INSURANCE COVER COVID OR THE PANDEMIC?
Us Health Insurance does not cover any out of country related travel issues. If you wish to purchase travel insurance it must be done at time of booking and is $114 per person.

Excellent question. As we all know, we are in unprecedented times and we understand that guests may have concerns about travel. We all hoping for the best while monitoring this ever-changing landscape.
Of course, Connor and Sarah would like as many people as possible to join them for this momentous occasion.

We are all beholden to the policies and procedures of the resorts and airlines. At this time, resorts are focused on those traveling in the next 90 days. They have not made any policy changes to those traveling in 2022 or beyond. In fact, 2022 has been one of the busiest travel times including pre-COVID. We expect that inventory will continue to tighten as travelers plan their post-COVID vacations.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will be communicating with Connor and Sarah. If travel policies change, we are ready to be nimble and work with the couple to update timelines and deadlines if necessary. Thank you!
