Accomodations
If you have previously booked a hotel room for the original wedding date, the hotel has automatically canceled all bookings, free of charge. A new date and block have been opened for the anniversary party date.
Our venue partners with Wyndham Gardens, near the airport and about a 12-minute drive from the venue. Room rates are $95/night if you are booking with our wedding block. You will have the option of a King Room or a 2 Queen Room. We have booked the block from April 8, 2021 - April 10, 2022.
Even if you are in Edmonton, it would be a good idea to consider accommodations near the venue if you're looking to prevent a long drive home at 1:00 AM or are interested in participating in our bar! And, as you will read, the more rooms booked, the more shuttle service times!

What Else Is Special?
Well, funny that you ask! Dependent on how many rooms are booked, a complimentary service that is offered is the shuttle service to and from the venue. If ten rooms are booked, there will be 2 trips out from the hotel to the venue and 3 trips out from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night. This will all be finalized a few weeks prior to the wedding! There will be a schedule posted at the venue AND in the hotel lobby.

Travelling to YEG by Plane
Anyone looking to fly into Edmonton, would be best to utilize Kayak or Google Flights to find cheap flights. The only airport to fly into is YEG International Airport, which is located near Leduc, AB - which is about a 40-minute drive to city center Edmonton.
