We have arranged accommodations for our guests who are flying from out-of-town to celebrate our wedding with us.
The rates for the event room for January 31, 2020 is $210 plus taxes and fees per night.
The rate for the room for February 1, 2020 is $240 plus taxes and fees per night.
In order to book and guarantee your rooms, you can either one of the following:
You can call the reservations department directly at 1-888-669-5566, request for the reservation line and let them know you are a part of the "Beaupre/Hartmann Wedding."
You can also book your hotel rooms directly on their website by clicking "Reservations link" below or http://www.vintage-hotels.com/reservations.htm and enter our reservation number 3088827.
The deadline to book the above rooms is on December 3, 2019.

We have reserved a few rooms at Shaw Club located at 92 Picton St, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0
The rates to book a Classic King Room is as follows:
Friday, January 31, 2020: $107.00 plus taxes and fees
Saturday: February 1, 2020: $113 plus taxes and fees
Please call 905-468-5711 and mention Hartmann/Beaupre wedding in order to obtain the wedding block special rate.
