Traveling to Camp Sherman, Oregon
If you are flying to attend our wedding, the closest airport is in Redmond, Oregon (RDM) Approx 35 miles from Lake Creek Lodge in Camp Sherman.
If you would like to see more of Oregon, you can fly into Portland, Oregon (PDX) and take a scenic drive to Lake Creek Lodge in Camp Sherman. Approx 160 miles - 3 hour drive.
Camp Sherman is 35 miles from the Redmond airport. You can either rent a car or get a taxi/uber at the airport to get your way to Lake Creek Lodge.
We suggest renting a car so you can travel around the area in your free time as there wont be taxi service in Camp Sherman. Rental opportunities are with Enterprise, Budget, Alamo, Avis and more located at the Redmond Airport.
If you only want transportation to and from the airport there is taxi service at the airport.

Camp Sherman Store & Fly Shop
The only store in town! They have food, drinks and sundries if anything is needed during your trip. They aslo have a counter offering deli sandwhiches, breakfast and espresso! It is located right next to the Metolius river and has a few table and chairs outside, as well as a fly shop to get anything you would need if you want to go fishing! Really cute spot!
As there are kitchens in your cabins we suggest stopping at store on your in way in from the aiport to have a larger selection if you want to cook yourself.
Each cabin has a full kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and grill on the deck. We suggest stopping and grabbing food on your way to Lake Creek lodge as you will need to provide breakfast and lunch on Saturday. As of now there will be no restaurants close by. All other meals will be taken care of - Friday dinner, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast (also espresso both mornings).
If you have a car and would like to go on an adventure Saturday we also suggest traveling outside of Camp Sherman to explore/eat...
-Sisters - small town 14 miles away with great restaurants, shops (lots of antiques), and Sisters Coffee Company for amazing local coffee. Looks like your in an old western movie!
